Get out the skis, skates or wet suit and come play in Harbor Country's winter wonderland. Groomed ski trails are available at nearby Madeline Bertrand County Park and Love Creek County Park , which also features lighted night skiing. You can also join the growing crowds at New Buffalo beach who surf the waves with the help of Third Coast Surf Shop .

SANTA SIGHTINGS

Santa can still be found in his shop in the Courtyard (behind Clipper Ship) on Whittaker Street in New Buffalo every Saturday and Sunday until Christmas.

His Candy Cane Express is running at the Heston Steam Museum through Dec. 13 and he will be having breakfast with his many fans at Marilyn's on Dec. 19.
