NEW BUFFALO SHIP & SHORE FESTIVAL

Even with all the great day-time activities, the real highlights of the New Buffalo Ship & Shore Festival occur after dusk. Each year a Lighted Boat Parade cruises down the harbor. Participants transform their pleasure boats, cruisers, and yachts into floating creations that you have to see to believe. Our 2008 parade winner turned his 36-foot fishing boat into a floating Las Vegas – even Elvis made an appearance! Fireworks immediately follow the parade – lighting up the night sky and capping off a great summertime weekend.
