Deer Creek's 500 acre grounds harbor a combination of riverside woodlands, streams, rolling hills, and contoured cover fields. Together they provide a variety of world class shotgunning activities.
BACKROADS BIKEWAYS
Summer is a great time of year to explore our country
roads by bike. Follow paved roads and are suitable for all types of bicycles. Bring your own or rent one. These routes also
make for wonderful driving tours.
WARREN DUNES STATE PARK
Experience 3 miles of beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline, 6 miles of trails and dunes that tower 240 feet above Lake Michigan. The park is open year-round for snowboarding and crosscountry skiing.
CHIKAMING NATURE PRESERVE
Located on Warren Woods Road, its natural features are diverse and include uplands, wooded floodplains, 2,800-feet of frontage on the Galien River and a 5.3-acre lake.
HIKING & WILDERNESS TRAILS
Harbor Country offers some fantastic hiking trails in Warren Woods, Chikaming Township Park & Preserve, and Warren Dunes State Park. New Buffalo Beach offers miles of lakefront for beach walkers.
THIRD COAST SURFING
Surf and skim board rentals and lessons are available from Third Coast Surf Shop in New Buffalo . The shop offers rentals, lessons, repair, and a full line of surf and skate gear, clothing, and accessories.
